What determines the price

There is no single "one size fits all" price — two patients with similar hearing loss can have very different needs.

Platform and model

Standard and premium models (e.g. ReSound VIVIA, AudioService Quix G6) differ in processing power and hearing algorithms.

Connectivity technology

Bluetooth LE Audio/Auracast, app remote control and direct streaming from the phone affect the price.

Battery and form factor

Rechargeable vs standard batteries, and form factor (behind-the-ear, in-canal, instant-fit) change the cost.
